Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• 1+ year leadership experience required.
• 1+ year transplant/critical care experience required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-transplant evaluations and assessments.
• Manage transplant waiting list and patient statuses.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and transplant team.
• Organize transplant surgeries and related procedures.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Monitor post-transplant recovery and follow-up care.
• Coordinate donor organ procurement and logistics.
• Communicate stem cell collection schedules with dialysis.
• Coordinate with blood bank for donor products.
• Develop and implement transplant policies and procedures.
