• Must hold a valid Pennsylvania LPN License.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent preferred or willingness to train.
• Valid BLS CPR card required (in-person training).

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
