Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Following the plan of care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Performing routine trach and g-tube care, medication administration, and documenting treatments

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
