Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our NYC team. You will conduct evaluations and provide social work services in home, school, and clinic settings to support children with special needs and their families.

The role offers a flexible schedule, collaborative supervision, and opportunities to contribute to IEP/IFSP planning while adhering to HIPAA and ethical standards. NYS LCSW licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience evaluating children birth - 5 preferred but not required.
• Familiar with evaluation tools such as ADOS 2 or CARS 2.
• EI Evaluations program requires completion of the EILN Intro and Advanced Assessment trainings.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Administer Psychological Evaluations in home and/or school based settings
• Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner
• Write Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) and/or Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goal
• Determine need for additional assessment per observation and child need
• Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child
• Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations). Required records must be submitted within the established timelines.
