IBCLC certification or equivalent within 365 days.
Life Support Certifications required upon hire.

Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to develop lactation-specific plans of care for mothers and families.
Meet educational needs of mothers and families using teaching/learning principles.
Serve as a clinical resource for lactation education and consultation to the care team.
Participate in performance improvement activities.
