Stanford Children's Health | Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford is seeking a Special Procedures Technologist Level II to independently provide expertise in radiologic imaging, particularly in pediatric interventional radiology, cardiac cath, or electrophysiology procedures.

The role includes scrub assistance, equipment operation, quality control, and documentation in EPIC and PACS, with potential precepting of trainees and a focus on patient safety and care excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology school.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS within six months of hire.
• RTF license required; CRT certification per CA DHS for Radiology.
• ARRT RTR certification helpful for radiography.

Responsibilities

• Directly assists physicians during Pediatric Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, and/or Pediatric Interventional Cardiology procedures.
• Operate fixed and mobile angiographic equipment and analyze imaging.
• Perform quality control procedures and ensure safe usage; prep and scrub for procedures.
• Document patient demographics and archive images in PACS; maintain equipment and supplies.
