Job summary

Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto is seeking a Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist Level II (CIT II) to perform radiographic support across multiple services, ensuring accurate imaging and record-keeping. The role includes scrub duties, aiding during interventions, and data entry in EPIC and PACS systems.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of cath angio experience, a preferred Bachelor's or Associate degree, and strong knowledge of imaging safety and equipment with a focus on patient care

Qualifications

• Intermediate understanding of radiation principles as they relate to imaging techniques.
• Strong communication skills with patients and team members.
• Ability to explain basic procedures to appropriate audiences.
• Commitment to CI CARE standards in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Set exposure parameters and provide radiographic expertise for cardiovascular, neurovascular and angiographic procedures.
• Support multiple services: Adult Cardiology, Structural Heart, EP, Neuro, Vascular.
• Provide scrub assistance and aid during interventions.
• Enter patient data in imaging and inventory systems and archive images correctly.
