Job summary

HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children's in Denver is seeking a PRN Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist to provide intermittent coverage and support our growing pediatric cardiology and congenital heart program.

The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic and interventional catheterization, collaborate with pediatric cardiac surgeons and other specialists, and help deliver high-quality, family-centered care for our pediatric patients and families.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Pediatric Cardiology.
• Fellowship trained in Pediatric Interventional Cardiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Colorado.
• Minimum of two years post-fellowship experience preferred.
• Expertise in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary pediatric heart team.
• Interest in growing congenital heart program.

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN coverage for pediatric interventional cardiology services.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures for congenital and acquired conditions.
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiology care as needed.
• Collaborate with pediatric cardiac surgeons, intensivists, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and APPs.
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary case reviews and cardiac conferences.
• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation.
