Job summary

WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital in Morgantown seeks a BE/BC Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist who can participate in both General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology, for appointment at Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank.

The candidate will support our patient population at the Children’s Hospital campus and statewide via outreach clinics, telemedicine, and diagnostic testing, and will teach medical students and fellows.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligible for a state medical license.
• Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
• For higher rank (Associate Professor/Professor) demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and publications in high-impact journals.
• All qualifications must be met by time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in all areas of Pediatric Interventional Cardiology and participate in General Cardiology.
• Engage in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
