Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 2+ years integrative healthcare experience.
• Registered Nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop plans of care with patients and families.
• Coordinate integrative nursing care and education for patients and families.
• Document services and interventions; ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in patient care conferences and rounds.
• Promote pain and symptom management and safety in care delivery.
