Sedgwick County's COMCARE program seeks a Part-time Children's Integrated Care Specialist. The role supports children with Serious Emotional Disturbance and families, with a varied schedule from Monday to Saturday, 7am–7pm, totaling 19 hours per week.

Documentation and timely care coordination are essential across community settings. Responsibilities include psychosocial group/individual treatment, Attendant Care, care coordination, and driving to appointments using a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in human services field.
• One year of experience may substitute for one year of education.
• Valid US driver's license without restrictions and current proof of automobile insurance.
• Must have access to a personal passenger vehicle for driving duties.
• Must pass background checks and orientations as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide goal-directed, patient-centered, medically necessary services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance and their families.
• Document all services in a timely manner according to COMCARE/CCBHC requirements.
• Facilitate psychosocial group and individual treatment to support daily problem solving, social skills, and companionship.
• Provide Attendant Care and transportation to appointments to maintain function in home, school, and community.
• Participate in Treatment Plan development with patient, family, and guardian where needed.
