Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is hiring licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) to join our integrated care and outpatient team on the South Shore.

The role can be split between pediatric in-office integration and outpatient psychotherapy. Qualifications

• ,Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) with strong communication and clinical acumen.
• Experience in integrated care settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded within a primary care office and integral to primary care teams.
• Work with adult and geriatric patients on issues from acute to chronic health conditions using CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment.
• Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and consult with medical professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
