Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists or psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) to join our Integrated Care and outpatient teams in the South Shore. The role can be split between pediatric primary care integration and outpatient psychotherapy, with a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) required.
• Excellent communication skills and clinical acumen.
• Experience in integrated care and outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health care within a primary care setting.
• Work with adult and geriatric patients on a range of mental health concerns.
• Conduct depression/anxiety screens and consult with medical staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in telehealth as needed.
