Blackbird Health is hiring an Intake Therapist based in Frederick, Maryland. In this hybrid role, you will deliver high-quality intake evaluations for children and young adults, build meaningful connections, and collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team. Qualifications include being independently licensed in Pennsylvania and having experience in telehealth. Flexible scheduling, excellent support, and competitive pay from $85 to $95 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Own a phone, computer, and high-speed Internet.
• Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week during core hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead individual in-person and telehealth intake sessions for youth ages 2–26.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Engage with clinicians and families to create coordinated treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough intake documentation and patient records.
