Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license in Texas.

• Advanced Specialty Courses continued per Attachment A.
• National Certification in specialty within 4 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per orders.
• Conducts focused assessments and documents findings.
• Plans and implements an individualized care plan.
• Collaborates with care team to ensure safe transitions.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and medications.
