Job summary

Qualifications

• RN - Registered Nurse per MA licensure.
• Minimum education: accredited nursing program graduate.
• Maintains required certifications (BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications following SSH policies and recordkeeping.
• Develop, discuss, and communicate a prioritized plan of care for each patient.
• Ensure safe patient handling and documentation per nursing policies.
• Engage in discharge planning, patient/family education, and care coordination.
• Support safety, quality, and regulatory requirements within unit operations.
• Pursue professional development and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Utilize technology for notes, orders, and learning resources.
• Maintain patient and family centered care throughout care delivery.
