Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree.
• Pharmacist License in the state of Ohio.
• Inpatient/pharmacy experience preferred and knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Leadership or supervision during shifts when needed.
• Process chemotherapy orders with appropriate safety protocols.
• Train and supervise IV preparations and prepare TPN, antibiotics and other meds.
• Verify and dispense oral/topical and sterile medications; check orders for safety.
• Provide drug information and act as a resource for the healthcare team.
