Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) in Malvern, PA seeks a Mental Health Technician to support adolescents in an inpatient setting. You will help build independent living and social skills and implement clinical treatment plans in a compassionate, structured environment.

The role offers PBIS, ABA, TIC, DBT, and IEP training opportunities, with base pay $20–$22.88/hr and a $2,000 sign-on for FT staff. Evening and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing direct care or support in behavioral health is required.
• Ability to establish a therapeutic rapport with adolescents.
• Familiarity with self-help, coping skills, and positive behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the individuals you are working with are safe.
• Engage in daily activities to enhance social skill development.
• Address and redirect inappropriate behavior of individuals you are working with.
• Implement treatment plan goals and objectives.
