Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian in the state of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized nutrition care: Assess patient needs and develop practical care plans.
• Educate and empower families: Counsel and educate families to follow nutrition plans at home.
• Monitor progress: Evaluate response to care plans and update recommendations as needed.
• Collaborate with care team: Partner with physicians, nurses and allied health professionals.
• Support programs: Provide nutrition expertise for program areas and initiatives.
• Share knowledge: Explain pediatric nutrition principles to staff and partners.
• Develop others: Orient and supervise diet technicians and interns as applicable.
• Grow and improve: Participate in committees and process-improvement activities.
