The Ryan White Center for Pediatric Infectious Diseases & Global Health at Riley Hospital is looking for a full-time Pediatric Infectious Disease physician in Indianapolis. This role balances clinical responsibilities with academic opportunities, including a faculty appointment and involvement in antimicrobial stewardship. The ideal candidate will lead comprehensive care for children with complex infectious diseases and have a passion for teaching within a collaborative environment.
The Ryan White Center for Pediatric Infectious Diseases & Global Health at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health is seeking aPediatric Infectious Disease physician. This is an exciting time to join a team of providers and leaders who are committed to clinical and academic excellence.
As a major referral facility, we are responsible for the evaluation and care for nearly 1,000 children annually. Clinical specialists focus on prevention, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care including (but not limited to) meningitis, pneumonia, Kawasaki, fevers, Osteomyelitis, HIV, infections in immunocompromised hosts, HSV, Lyme disease, histoplasmosis, tuberculosis, ect. Our physician teams have a strong culture of collaboration with other pediatric specialty and surgical divisions. Recent significant growth includes increasedoutpatient clinic footprint, and additional inpatient services for primary infectious disease, general consults, and immunocompromised consults.
