Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Lenoir, NC and surrounding areas. Pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active NC CNA certification OR completion of an approved 75-hour Home Health Aide training program in accordance with NC regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Valid government-issued identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with range of motion and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.
