Job summary

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Technology Dependent ICU on a full-time night shift. The role involves performing nursing processes, direct patient care, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to promote quality outcomes.

Licensure in Georgia or multistate through the eNLC, plus BLS and PALS/PEARS within specified timeframes, are required. Previous pediatric ICU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Pediatric ICU and/or stepdown Epic Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice the nursing process to deliver age- and developmentally appropriate patient-family-centered care.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care and appropriate documentation.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to learning needs and cultural considerations.
• Support efficient patient flow through timely admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
