Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with experience providing care in critical or pediatric settings.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and rapid response capabilities for unstable patients.
• Proficiency with ventilator management and administration of high-complexity medications/infusions.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and patient/family support skills.
