Pediatrics ICU Registered Nurse provides high-acuity care to critically ill children in a fast-paced PICU. The role includes performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications, and managing ventilators and complex IV drips. You will respond quickly to changes in patient condition and work closely with pediatric intensivists, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.

Key duties include supporting families during difficult clinical situations and maintaining accurate, timely documentation of patient care and clinical outcomes.
