Job summary

Summerlin Hospital, part of The Valley Health System in Nevada, seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care and professional leadership within a busy acute care setting.

In this role, you will oversee team members, uphold service excellence, and contribute to high-quality outcomes across maternity, NICU, cardiovascular, and oncology services. BSN preferred; NV RN license and certifications required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• One year of acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty program within 6 months.
• Nevada RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.
• Interim NV RN license may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in line with facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide staff under supervision.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
