Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology.
• Expert clinical care in HSCT/BMT.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana at appointment.
• Commitment to academic medicine and scholarship.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and scholarly activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HSCT/BMT clinical care for pediatric patients.
• Occasional inpatient coverage for the pediatric hematology-oncology service.
• Join outpatient stem cell transplantation clinics.
• Participate in pediatric tumor boards and institutional clinical trial efforts.
• Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Engage in scholarly activity, including clinical or translational research.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and expand access to stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies.
