Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Orlando is searching for a BMT/HCT Medical Director to lead innovative pediatric cancer and blood disorders care. This role involves comprehensive patient care, educational responsibilities, and community engagement in HCT.

The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO, be board certified in Hematology/Oncology, and possess significant experience in pediatric HCT and program leadership. A competitive salary with comprehensive benefits is offered, along with relocation packages.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in pediatric HCT/cellular therapy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Transplant/Cellular Therapy Program Director.
• Build new program infrastructure aligned with recognized HCT standards.
• Educate and supervise trainees within the academic environment.
