1. Schedule: Weekly block schedule, 12-hour shifts, 14 shifts per month
2. Role: Provide comprehensive care in a Family Birthing Center with a Level II nursery
3. Patient Census: Average of 8 babies per day
4. Teaching: Collaborate with medical students during their one-month rotations
5. Procedures: Active involvement in delivery room care and neonatal procedures
