Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for locum tenens coverage in Paris, TX. Start date ASAP with 24-hour shifts (7am–7am), on-call duties and one weekend per month. Inpatient pediatric care with EMR systems MediTech and Athena.

The opportunity requires board certification in pediatrics and active BLS/PALS/ABLS, plus Texas license or IMLC. Malpractice insurance provided; travel and lodging arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified pediatrician required.
• Active BLS, PALS, ABLS certifications.
• Texas license active or IMLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour pediatric hospitalist coverage (7a–7a).
• On-call duties with one weekend per month.
• Inpatient hospital setting with pediatric cases.

• Schedule: 24 hour (7a-7a) ; Call Only; 1 Weekend per month
• Job Setting: Hospital, Inpatient

• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days, Temps Available
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MediTech, Athena
• Must be Board Certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS)
• Must have an active Texas License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
