Hospitalist Pediatric Locum job in Lewisburg, PA

Start: 7/15/2024 (Desired Start)

Dates of coverage needed:

1. July: 19, 21, 29, 30, 31
2. August: 5, 6, 8, 16, 18, 21, 22, 26, 27, 29
3. September: 2, 6, 8, 20, 22, 25, 26, 30

Patients per day: 50-70 babies per month

Patient population/age: Newborns, occasional pediatric patients

Department description: Named "The Family Place," our maternity unit features family-centered maternity care. Nurses are experienced in obstetric care from labor and delivery to postpartum.

• Hospital bed size: Not specified

• Special procedures: Circumcisions, UVC placement, lumbar puncture

• EPIC knowledge required

Level 1 Nursery

Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC
• State license required: PA
• Certifications required: NRP
• Clearances: State police, FBI, Child abuse
• Minimum experience: At least 24 pediatric inpatients in the past 12 months or recent completion of approved residency/fellowship
• Clean malpractice history

PA License preferred
