1. Specialize in general Orthopedics with a strong interest in providing comprehensive orthopedic services.
2. Engage in direct care of neonatal patients aged 0 to 44 weeks post menstrual age within the hospital.
3. Conduct consultations for patients aged 0 to 18 years from the region, including clinic and hospital-based cases.
4. Participate in inpatient consults as requested.
5. Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners as needed.
6. Precept and teach residents and trainees, supporting research and academic pursuits.
7. Work a standard 7-day, 24-hour shift per month, with options for additional shifts.

Location:

City of 52,000 residents within a metro area of 120,000, situated in the Upper Mississippi River Valley, between Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, and Madison, WI. The community is developing a new state-of-the-art hospital opening in 2024.
