• 12-14 shifts per month - 12-hour shifts
• 6-bed Special Care Nursery and 5-bed Pediatric unit with strong NP support on rounding
• $1,400 per 12-hour shift + $32 per RVU (average of 132 RVUs per month). Call backs and hours over 12 hours paid at $110 per hour.
• $80,000 recruiting incentive package
• Comprehensive benefits plus up to $100,000 in loan repayment
