Opportunity Details

• Will provide in‑house coverage to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as well as the Well Baby Nursery and the Labor and Delivery service.
• On‑call will be required for at least 9–10 weekends per year and on‑call evenings and nights from home when assigned to cover the floors.
• Rotating shifts including day or night cover as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience treating neonates.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Status as a provider in good standing in the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Active NRP Certification.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $236,000* (board eligible); $241,000* (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

Annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $315,120** (board eligible) and $320,620** (board certified).

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
