• 24-hour call coverage with 7 am - 7 am shifts
• Patient census: 1 - 3 level I nursery, 0 - 1 level II nursery, 0 - 2 pediatric floor patients daily
• Maximum census of 5 pediatric floor patients during peak season
• Call relief coverage needed
