Job Summary

A private group in Idaho Falls, Idaho is searching for a BE/BC Pediatrician to join their growing practice in a Hospitalist capacity.

• BE/BC Pediatrics

• Accepting 2026 & 2027 Fellows
• 12, 24‑hour shifts per month
• Onsite rounding, with call taken from home
• Closed‑unit model with dedicated nursing staff and fully complemented ancillary team including child life specialist, pediatric nutritionist, pediatric‑oriented pharmacists, and pediatric physical therapists who participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds
• Responsibilities include admissions and patient management, consultation with families and referring physicians
• Sub‑specialty support includes pediatric neurology, pediatric cardiology, pediatric endocrinology, pediatric hematology/oncology, pediatric surgery, pediatric anesthesia, and pediatric ENT
• Good work/life balance with an emphasis on team building while providing state‑of‑the‑art care
• Strong, supportive general pediatric and family medicine community

Applicable to production‑based provider roles only, the anticipated professional production including both quantity and/or quality may also play a role. For providers only, in no case shall compensation exceed fair market value. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
