AMN Healthcare seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its inpatient-focused team in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Hospital-employed pediatric hospitalist with shifts of 24–36 hours and coverage of newborn nursery, Level II nursery, and inpatient service.

Candidate should have PALS/NRP, newborn and inpatient experience, and comfort with high-risk deliveries and transfers; PSLF eligible benefits are provided.

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Current PALS and NRP certifications.
• Recent experience caring for newborns and pediatric inpatients.
• Comfortable attending high-risk deliveries, stabilizing critically ill newborns, and coordinating transfers.

Responsabilidades

• Cover the Normal Newborn Nursery, Level II Nursery, and pediatric inpatient service.
• Provide inpatient pediatric care with significant clinical autonomy.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and coordinate transfers as needed.
• Occasional outpatient clinic coverage to maintain continuity and team collaboration.

A hospital-employed pediatric practice in the heart of Colorado's Rocky Mountains is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its inpatient-focused pediatric team in beautiful Glenwood Springs.

Position Highlights

• Hospital-employed pediatric hospitalist position
• Cover the Normal Newborn Nursery, Level II Nursery, and pediatric inpatient service
• Average daily census of approximately 10 patients, primarily newborns
• Typical schedule of 24–36-hour shifts
• PICU and NICU telehealth support available for higher-acuity patients
• Occasional outpatient clinic coverage to maintain continuity and team collaboration
• Broad scope of pediatric hospital medicine with significant clinical autonomy

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $270,000–$300,000
