Job summary

Jobot in New York City is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our pediatric hospice care team. You will deliver NP-level care to hospice patients across community, long-term care, and hospital settings, including symptom management, goal-setting discussions, and eligibility reviews.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Pediatric NP experience with an active NY license. We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus, a Pension plan, 4 weeks of vacation, 8 paid holidays, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of Pediatric NP experience.
• Active New York State NP license in good standing.
• Experience in oncology, hospice or palliative care highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide NP-appropriate service to pediatric hospice patients.
• Work in community, long-term care, or hospital settings.
• Coordinate with team physician and manager for hospice eligibility assessments.
• Deliver in-person or telehealth visits using evidence-based practices.
• Contribute to training and curriculum development for pediatric hospice care.
• Support quality improvement projects as needed.
