Enfield , NH

Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our team for a patient in Enfield, New Hampshire. The RN/LPN will provide one-on-one care to a patient in their home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care after school from 3PM-9PM This position has potential to be full-time in the future.

Pay Rate: RN $40.00/hr or LPN $29.00/hr

Hours: Thursdays and Fridays 3:00PM-9:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements

• Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
• Home care experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
• Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.
