Job summary

A private duty nursing provider in Leander, TX is seeking an entry-level Pediatric Private Duty RN/LVN. You will provide nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, administer medication, and support families. The ideal candidate holds an active LVN/RN license and BLS certification, with excellent assessment skills. Overview

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.

The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide. We value our employees and are available 24/7 to support them. We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home.

Compensation

• Sign-on Bonus: Full-time $1000.00 for 30 hours or more per week
• Part-time $500.00 minimum of 20 hours a week

Schedule

• Monday through Friday 3p-9p; 10-year-old Male Low Acuity
• Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less
• Days/Nights/Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient\'s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
