BrightStar Care of Kingwood/Humble TX is seeking a Part-Time/PRN Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion and skilled nursing visits for pediatric patients in Humble, TX. Ideal candidates have infusion experience, wound care, lab draws, and thorough assessments.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification (in-person only).
• Experience with pediatric patients and home health care.
• Infusion experience with PICC/CVL/Port-a-Caths preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform caregiving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful care to clients per the Plan of Care.
• Monitor changes in client conditions and inform the Director of Nursing.
• Update clients' families on plan of care and health changes.
• Perform IV infusions and related care (PICC/CVL/Port-a-Caths).
• Assist with wound care, lab draws, and assessments.
