Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required or equivalent.
- CCC-SLP eligibility or certification required
- Current state licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings.
- Collaborate with families and care teams to plan and deliver therapy.
- Deliver individualized care with efficient point-of-care documentation.
