Care Options for Kids is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric home health services in a condensed geographic zone. You will work with families and care teams to deliver focused, evidence-based therapy in the home setting, built around a sustainable caseload and efficient documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP eligibility or certification.
• Valid state licensure or certification in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to deliver tailored therapy.
• Deliver individualized care using efficient, point-of-care documentation.
