Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking qualified RNs and LPNs to provide personalized in-home nursing care for children with medical complexities. Your role will involve direct patient care in homes and schools, coordinating with families and the care team to ensure comfort and safety.

Locations include Edina, Wayzata, Richfield, Bloomington and surrounding areas with flexible hours across days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Training is provided and support is 24/7.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Minnesota.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric clients in home and school settings.
• Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
