We’re searching for dedicated Pediatric Home Health Nurses to provide essential, personalized clinical care for children with complex medical needs. THE POSITION

• Hours: 12 hour day and night shifts, 7 days a week.
• Client Specifics: 5 year old with trach and g-tube.

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. The base range for this role is $27.00 to $42.00 hourly, based on license, experience, qualifications, scheduled hours, and acuity of the client. Please note that base range does not include shift differentials or sign-on bonus.
