Job summary

Care Options for Kids is hiring an RN for pediatric home health in Florida. You will deliver focused, one-on-one nursing care to children with high acuity needs in home settings, following physician orders and prescribed care plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida RN license, BLS CPR, and have experience with G-tube/trach/vent or willingness to train. We emphasize autonomy, safety, and ongoing training with strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided).
• DOEA Alzheimer's video provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing
• Follow physician orders and care plans for high-acuity patients
• Maintain thorough charting and documentation of patient care
• Educate and support families on care needs and safety procedures
• Support nurse safety with team resources and training
