Care Options for Kids seeks an RN to deliver focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in Sebring, FL. You will care for high-acuity pediatric patients in the home, using clinical judgment with support from the team.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida RN license with BLS; experience with G-tube/trach/vent is valued. The role offers weekly pay, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), and a sign-on bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed).
• Alzheimer's DOEA Alzheimer's Video provided at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one care in the home for pediatric patients with high acuity needs.
• Maintain autonomy while leveraging clinical support when needed.
• Build consistent relationships with child and family and deliver skilled nursing safely.
