Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated pediatric home health care. This role focuses on one-on-one patient care in a home setting, enabling you to apply clinical judgment with support from a dedicated team.

You will care for high-acuity pediatric patients, build strong family rapports, and thrive with autonomy and continuity of care in a supervised environment. This position is designed for focused, purposeful nursing.

Qualifications

• Current BLS CPR card (in-person)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Current, active Illinois RN license

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, home setting with clinical judgment.
• Build consistent relationships with child and family and coordinate with physicians.
• Adhere to CDC safety guidelines and care plans as ordered by physicians.
