Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN or LPN for day shifts in Ozawkie, KS. You will provide skilled pediatric nursing in home and school settings, manage medications and therapies, and support families with education and care plans.

Formación

• Licensed RN or LPN required (state license).
• Pediatric home health experience not required; on-site training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition; communicate changes to care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
