Care Options for Kids seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health. In this one-on-one setting, you will deliver focused nursing care in patients' homes, using your clinical judgment with autonomy and support from a dedicated team.

You will care for high-acuity pediatric patients, build relationships with families, and follow CDC-aligned safety protocols. The role emphasizes consistent care, safety, and opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License.
• Physical from within three years.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in patients' homes.
• Apply clinical judgment with autonomy in high-acuity cases.
• Build consistent relationships with child and family.
• Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment with clinical support.
