Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Sterling, CO is seeking Registered Nurses to provide direct, one-on-one care for medically fragile children in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, including day, night, and weekend shifts, plus 24/7 support and training for new grads.

New grads are welcome; compensation is $35-$38/hour with a comprehensive benefits package and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license.
• Home health care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to provide care in patients' homes.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled RN care in a home health setting.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies.
• Deliver care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families to support outcomes.
• Implement preventive measures for safety and quality.
• Respond to changes in patient condition promptly.
